Update, 26 July 2026. Identify Insect Bite is no longer sold through this website. The app is free to download from the App Store and any subscription is an in-app purchase billed by Apple under Apple's terms. The billing sections below describe purchases made on this website before that date.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or the Identify Insect Bite app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Identify Insect Bite is a web funnel and companion iOS app that lets you answer a few questions, add a photo, and receive an AI-generated assessment of a suspected insect bite — a likely insect, a severity read, and a care plan. Identify Insect Bite is not a medical device, medical service, or a substitute for professional care.
3. Eligibility & Account
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use this service. You provide an email address to receive your report and manage access; you're responsible for keeping access to that email secure.
4. Subscription & Payment
Your full report and unlimited use of the companion app are offered as a subscription, available at $3.99/week, $7.99/month, or $19.99/year. Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. The price and billing interval are shown clearly before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and your applicable statutory rights.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Identify Insect Bite provides an AI-generated assessment and educational content only. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition and is not a replacement for advice from a qualified health professional. Always seek professional advice for medical concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — such as difficulty breathing or facial swelling — contact emergency services immediately.
6. Photos You Submit
Photos you upload are used solely to generate your assessment and are not stored on our servers after your report is produced. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to scrape or reverse-engineer it, or to resell or redistribute it.
8. Intellectual Property
Identify Insect Bite and its licensors own the website, app, content, and trademarks. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the service.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or identification accuracy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator operates.
